The holiday season was very cheery, but unfortunately, the hotel did not help. The festive decorations helped to create a nice atmosphere, and I received a complimentary breakfast and room service. The hotel was located in a prime spot, which helped with traveling around the town.
The hotel staff was unprofessional and lacked good communication skills. They were insensitive to the needs of guests, with some appearing to be under the influence of drugs.

Nestled in a cozy area, this charming hostel boasts a convenient location just next to bustling cafes, restaurants and shops. the rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect respite from a long day of exploring. the service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread is delicious, offering a wide range of options to satisfy any palate. the beautiful views of the surrounding area can be admired from a private balcony in the room.
One minor drawback was the lack of an elevator, which can be difficult for those with physical limitations or large suitcases.

The hotel was in a great location, close to transportation, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained.
Nothing that we didn't like. we had a wonderful stay in this city and at the hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the cozy bedding and well-thought decor of the room. the hotel's central location made it easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise.
I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude of some of the staff. It was disconcerting to witness the receptionist's erratic behavior and the lack of security protocols in the hotel.
